This agreement is non-cancelable for any reason, but it may be rescheduled without penalty to mutually convenient dates. Please note that all original payment dates remain in effect regardless of rescheduling. In the unlikely event of dissatisfaction, I am committed to meeting with you to identify where things went wrong and fixing the situation, which may include booking additional time at no charge to ensure your objectives are achieved
